Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
* Create engaging content including posts, photos, short videos, reels and captions.
* Plan and schedule social media content
* Respond to messages and comments professionally.
* Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers through phone, messaging platforms, email, and social media.
* Support marketing campaigns and company promotions
* Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or marketing-related work
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Female candidate preferred
• Presentable appearance with a confident and friendly personality
• Comfortable appearing in marketing photos, videos, or promotional materials
• Good communication skills for customer engagement and follow-up
• Willing to travel occasionally to capture marketing content and support company activities
