  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve student recruitment goals.
    Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
    Generate high-quality student leads and optimize the conversion funnel.
    Manage social media platforms, website content, SEO, and email marketing.
    Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
    Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including content creators and graphic designers.
    Collaborate with the Admissions team to support enrollment growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
    At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.
    Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, and digital marketing tools.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
