Prepare the CRE-change request form for existing system, CRN-change request form for new enhancements, URS-user requirement specifications document, and analyze the processes, and workflows
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in simple terms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentations throughout the project life-cycle
Work closely with business and operational stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges
Collaborate with functional, technical, and infra teams to deliver the solutions
Collaborate with project manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Provide User Training guides and provide training on business and operational teams to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan
Assist project manager in project planning, estimation timeline, and resource allocation
Assist project manager in monitoring the project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan
Assist project manager in ensuring that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in B.C.Sc, M.C. Sc, B.C.Tech, M.C. Tech, B.E IT, M.E IT or similar degree
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in software business analysis, prefer candidates who have related experience in the banking industry
IT knowledge and experience of Microsoft.Net, Java, Database and Web Technologies is preferred
Willingness and ability to learn relevant skills and tools on the working environment
Ability to multitask and work on tight schedules
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Good internal and external communication skills
Working independently and also with team collaboratively
Excellent communication skills in both Myanmar and English language
