Job Description & Responsibilities

-A highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager
-Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of solar energy projects from conception to completion
-Strong project management skills, technical expertise in solar energy systems, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
-Manage all aspects of solar energy projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability and requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, risks, and constraints to minimize disruptions and maximize project success

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience managing solar energy projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, technologies, and industry best practices
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
