• Lead end-to-end delivery of solar and energy storage projects, including site survey, planning, execution, cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance. 
• Prepare basic system design & capacity calculation  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to refine quotes and the Installation team to troubleshoot site-specific design challenges.  

• Coordinate with EPC contractors, designers, suppliers, clients, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. 

• Oversee site construction, commissioning, testing, and grid connection activities. 

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Manage project acceptance, handover, and contract performance in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. 

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration. 

Preferred: 

• System Design: Create detailed 2D/3D layouts for residential and commercial solar projects using industry software  

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level experience with AutoCAD and solar-specific platforms (e.g., Aurora Solar, HelioScope, or PVsyst)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields. 

• 2 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy or power infrastructure project delivery. 

• Proven experience in managing EPC or utility-scale solar and/or energy storage projects. 

• Strong knowledge of power plant construction, commissionina. and grid interconnection processes. 

• Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical / Renewable Energy / Engineering  

• Willing to travel to project sites
