Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments

  • produce training materials for in-house courses

  • evaluate training and development programs

  • Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

  • Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management.

  • Participate in the implementation of employee induction and orientation.

  • Conduct appropriate induction procedure for newly hired employee.

  • Check probation and send probation assessment form to relevant department head.

  • Where appropriate, handle staff grievances & disciplinary issues and provide guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with HR policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention.

  • Facilitate the performance management process, drive appraisal process for its successful conclusion during probation and annual cycle, review & report outcomes to HR Manager for further analysis & decisions in training, reward & performance management area.

  • Arrange and Issue of Employees’ Uniform, Prepare and update uniform contract for all branches Company. (Focus Star Group _ (Yangon, Mandalay, SD, Plus World, Optima).

  • Calculate monthly phone Bill and transportation charges for all employees.

  • Prepare monthly report and submit to HR Manager on 30th of the month.

  • Other Ad-Hoc HR Tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder in related discipline (Admin & Human resource will be an advantage)

  • Proven work experience as a HR for 4 years 

  • Resourceful and self-motivated team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

  • Keen to learn and possess positive attitude

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
