Sr. HR Executive ( Training And Employee Relation
Min Education Level
Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
produce training materials for in-house courses
evaluate training and development programs
Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
Participate in the implementation of employee induction and orientation.
Conduct appropriate induction procedure for newly hired employee.
Check probation and send probation assessment form to relevant department head.
Where appropriate, handle staff grievances & disciplinary issues and provide guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with HR policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention.
Facilitate the performance management process, drive appraisal process for its successful conclusion during probation and annual cycle, review & report outcomes to HR Manager for further analysis & decisions in training, reward & performance management area.
Arrange and Issue of Employees’ Uniform, Prepare and update uniform contract for all branches Company. (Focus Star Group _ (Yangon, Mandalay, SD, Plus World, Optima).
Calculate monthly phone Bill and transportation charges for all employees.
Prepare monthly report and submit to HR Manager on 30th of the month.
Other Ad-Hoc HR Tasks.
Minimum Diploma holder in related discipline (Admin & Human resource will be an advantage)
Proven work experience as a HR for 4 years
Resourceful and self-motivated team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
