Duties and Responsibilities

  • To achieve the key performance sales indicators for deposits and cross sell products in Investments, Loans, and Insurance & Cards and to provide the respective report to Senior Relationship Manager and relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.  
  • Foster a climate of excellent customer service, customer focus and business development to drive the sales of each segment.
  • Ensure a strong Risk, Compliance and Governance Framework is embedded in Sales so as to maintain the safety and soundness of the Bank’s operation.
  • Maintain and uphold the Governance framework of the Bank, always ensuring the Bank Supervision Policies that regulate the Bank’s operations are met and conforms to regulatory policies.
  • To deliver Wealth Banking products to customers in his/her segment.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience at Sales in Banking or in a FMCG environment 
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical skill, presentation skill, leadership skill, problem solving skill and time management skill
  • Computer literate & proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
  • Myanmar Nationality Only
