  • ဝယ်ယူမှုအမိန့်စာ (Purchase Order) နှင့် ပို့ဆောင်လာသော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ (Delivery Notes) ကို ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးပြီး ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို လက်ခံယူရမည်။
  • စတော့စာရင်းများကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရှိပြီး Inventory Log များကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ Update ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။ ထို့ပြင် ပုံမှန် Stock Check များ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • လက်ခံမှု (Receipts)၊ ထုတ်ပေးမှု (Issues) နှင့် ပြန်လည်အပ်နှံမှု (Returns) ဆိုင်ရာ မှတ်တမ်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ပြင်ဆင်ထားရှိရမည်။
  • အသုံးမပြုသေးသော သို့မဟုတ် ကျန်ရှိနေသော ပစ္စည်းများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် သို့မဟုတ် ပြန်လည်အပ်နှံနိုင်ရန် စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • အတည်ပြုထားသော requisition များအရ Site Team များသို့ လိုအပ်သော ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ကိရိယာများနှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများကို ထုတ်ပေးရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) အထက်တန်းပညာအောင်မြင်ထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Construction လုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းတွင် Store Keeping အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၁ မှ ၃ နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
  • Stock List များကို manual ဖြင့်လည်း မှတ်တမ်းရေးသားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Construction Site တွင် နေထိုင်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးပစ္စည်းများ၊ ကိရိယာများနှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများအကြောင်း သိရှိနားလည်မှု ရှိရမည်။
