  • Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking with related teams.
  • Plan and monitor daily logistics, warehouse, and distribution activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • The ability to analyze data and identify patterns or trends is important for making informed decisions in supply chain management.
  • Manage stock accuracy, warehouse space, and inventory movement to support efficient order fulfillment.
  • Support team supervision, work allocation, and process improvements across logistics functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and trade regulations in all operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
  • Review logistics costs, service levels, and operational reports to improve efficiency and control expenses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Experience in a similar role within the clothing retail industry offers valuable insights into the specific challenges and requirements of the business.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiar with import/export documentation, customs procedures, and freight coordination.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with external partners.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
