Job Descriptions

  • Monitors laws and regulations relevant to company activities
  • Advice on licensing requirements and risk areas
  • Prepares for regulatory audits and submissions
  • Track health import/export regulations
  • Coordinate documentation with the FDA, Customs, and Trade Ministry
  • Work with the legal team to ensure full compliance
  • Additional tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Law, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years in regulatory affairs, trade compliance, or legal operations
  • Deep knowledge of FDA rules, Customs clearance, and health import/export laws
  • Proven ability to interface directly with FDA, Customs, and Trade Ministry officials
  • Experience handling regulatory audits, permit filings, and risk assessments
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical mind, highly ethical, and proactive
