Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and submit PTD (Posts and Telecommunications Department) monthly BTS site-down reports 
  • Maintain, update, and validate weekly BTS recovery database 
  • Share updated recovery status with all relevant teams 
  • Monitor BTS site-down trends and ensure reporting accuracy 
  • Coordinate with field teams to collect updated outage and recovery information 
  • Ensure timely reporting of recovery progress and updates 
  • Follow up with field, transmission, and vendor teams for site restoration 
  • Coordinate with TX rerouting, VSAT team, and MOC for site recovery activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferred for supervisory level
  • Prior experience in cross-team coordination (TX, VSAT, NOC/MOC) preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of BTS operations and network management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboard tools 
  • Knowledge of telecom KPI reporting and performance tracking 
  • Familiarity with database management and data validation processes 
  • Knowledge of tower and power-sharing sites and coordination with stakeholders
