  • Support daily operations of staff responsible for insurance procedures to issue or renew and after services tasks by assisting with necessary procedures and document preparation
  • Create and manage customer lists, ensuring data accuracy
  • Perform internal office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings and events as needed
  • Manage (electronic) document filing and organization for easy access and retrieval
  • Effectively coordinate communication with other departments and staff.
