Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust frontend applications using React and React Native.
Collaborate with UI/UX designer to translate design concepts into interactive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement and maintain state management, component libraries, and reusable code for efficiency and consistency.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in frontend development.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Work closely with backend developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Support production rollouts and provide ongoing application support as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
Minimum 7+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React and React Native.
Proven experience delivering complex web and mobile applications with a strong UI/UX focus.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and the ability to provide design feedback.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Burmese.
