We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented  Business Analyst to support our IT projects.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Design & Documentation: Define logic, user flows, rules, and success metrics. Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, engineering, QA, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of project initiatives.
• Development Support: Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements, address functional questions, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Production Rollout: Assist in project go-live activities, ensuring all dependencies are met and the rollout is successful.
• Issue Identification & Resolution: Monitor post-launch performance, identify errors or gaps, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and system usage

• Candidate must be hungry for success and be self-driven
• A Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
