Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage project execution including cost, quality, schedule, progress, issue resolution, and overall delivery.
Understand project scope, specifications, and changes; perform resource estimation, scheduling, and task allocation.
Monitor team progress, quality, and timelines while taking corrective actions for delays or quality issues.
Review and manage project documents including design specifications, ED/ID/MUT, IT/ST/RT, test cases, and test results.
Support system development activities including design, coding, testing, technical reviews, and quality improvement.
Prepare quality reports, conduct bug analysis and root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Lead team development through coaching, mentoring, skill enhancement, and effective resource management.
Establish review processes, checklists, and quality standards to ensure project success.
Communicate project status, quality, and issues with customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, support customer relationships, proposal activities, and business opportunities.
Support training and continuous improvement activities with relevant teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in Java, J2EE, Java Web Application Development, or .NET, with database experience (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
Experience in System Development, including design, coding, testing, QA, and issue resolution.
Experience in project management, including schedule, progress, quality, and team management is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team, handle challenges, and learn new technologies.
Good English communication skills; Japanese language proficiency (N3 or above preferred).
