  • Setup and installation at customer sites for assigned project.
  • Build the test environment for assigned project and generate installation manuals accordingly.
  • Prepare necessary documentations and brochure for assigned project.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server OS and related services
  • Experience in maintaining an IT system infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Server, OS and Network)
  • Experience in technical service support for customer on-site
  • Knowledge of High Availability Cluster, Routing & Switching and Domain knowledge in Banking.
