· Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across business units and functions.

· Assist in developing effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

· Prepare job advertisements and support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

· Manage candidate databases, recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and TA-related data.

· Align with business unit HRs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment support.

· Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Support centralized TA initiatives, recruitment projects, and workforce planning activities.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (or) Diploma in related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Experience handling recruitment activities independently.

· Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

· Familiarity with job portals, sourcing platforms, and interview processes.
