Recruit production workers, office staff, technical specialists, and management personnel.
Conduct high-volume recruitment of production workers according to production and manpower requirements.
Understand each position thoroughly and identify suitable candidates accurately.
Source candidates actively through job websites, Facebook, recruitment groups, referrals, local communities, job fairs, and other effective channels.
Independently manage job postings, CV screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and background checks.
Assess candidates’ actual abilities, work attitude, reliability, stability, and development potential.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for both production workers and professional positions.
Follow up on selected candidates, joining status, onboarding, and probation performance.
Take responsibility for recruitment quantity, hiring speed, candidate quality, joining rate, and employee retention.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment of factory or production workers.
A successful track record of recruiting technical, professional, or management-level employees.
Good knowledge of recruitment channels and the labour market in Yangon.
Strong talent-assessment, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Willing and able to conduct field recruitment and develop new labour-sourcing channels.
Strong result orientation and ability to work under recruitment pressure.
Honest, responsible, proactive, and professional.
