Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and submit monthly commercial tax returns, specific goods tax submissions, capital gains tax returns, quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Process and submit withholding tax payments.
  • Manage and process stamp duty payments for all contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and Collect Form 31 for all invoices across group companies, supplier and collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) accountants to ensure proper.
  • Request tax clearance letters as required for various operational needs.
  • Oversee the registration process for vehicle fixed assets, including DEMO office cars, with the tax authority.
  • Provide supporting tax‐related documents required by government authorities for business license extensions and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and maintain accurate tax records.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit the Quarterly MIC Report.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tax accounting or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
