Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains effective parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Creates Department KPI, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives and effective inventory management.
  • Conducts a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
  • Establish and maintain a balance inventory that ensures customer’s need and meet.
  • Control purchase and ordering procedures to maintain department profitability.
  • Ensure all incoming parts are checked for conformity and price and return any non-conforming or damaged parts.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving timetable and maximize the utilization of existing space.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Preferable degree in Mechanical Engineering or any graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in similar related field.
  • Ability to maintain automated inventory records.
  • Computer literate and good command of spoken and written English.
  • Team building spirit, positive working attitude and able to work hard to meet dead line.
  • Able to work in shift schedule and extended hours as required.
