• To attend to maintenance service (Breakdowns, Front-lines maintenance and preventive maintenance, such as Troubleshooting, Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening, Overhaul, Etc).
• Supervise and monitor performance of team in shift to ensure effective service support to production.
• Review and discuss downtime, instrument and equipment failure (to meet sale target with maximum efficiency) together with Packaging team.
• Monitor and supervised for all electrical work in the brewery to comply with achieving ISO standards and OPI targets.
• Monitor and manage electrical and automation spare parts in good condition, enough stock to lower machine break down as low as possible.
• To ensure all work carried out by technicians and contractors are compliance with company Operational Management System.

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communication and Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2years’ experience in Electrical/electronic / Mechatronic engineering.
• Experienced in programming (Simatic, TIA), Understanding in PID control.
• Knowledge of brewing, packaging, and utility process equipment/components.
• Good command of English reading manuals and drawings
• Hands-on and practical experience electrical equipment components /instruments.
• Good analytical skills, Decision making skills, Problem solving skills, Interpersonal skills
