Job Overview/Responsibilities:1. Operation and maintenance of Telecom Charging System, mainly CRM and billing modules2. Overseeing the deployment of telecom systems, identifying and resolving technical issues3. Provide first-class and high quality services to customers, thereby achieving a win-win situation between the company and customers.4. Conducting regular system maintenance5. Collaborate with different team members to ensure clarity and deliverables6. Provide customers with technical guidance and training.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/ IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering are required, Master Degree strongly preferred.2. Minimum 3 years experience that is directly related, or similar to the responsibilities3. Certain understanding of the business logic of database and linux.4. Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.5. Enthusiastic, responsible, with sense of team work, good pressure-bearing ability, learning and innovation ability.6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.7. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
