·         Account Development & Merchandising - Conduct business reviews, manage implementation of Marketing plans, and manage distribution and outlet.

·         Order Generation - Achieve Sales Targets, Resolve Customer Complaints, and Monitored volume growth.

·         People development - Recruit & select sales staff, train & coach staff, manage team performance.

·         Asset & Routine Management - Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly meeting, review & manage performance, manage company's assets in territory.

·        Third party & Financial Management - solve operation issues; manage 3rd party performance, review 3rd party performance plan.

  •  Communications –Report sales information on routine basis providing specified reports asrequired

Any Graduate / MBA preferred
• 6-8 years experiences in sales
• Indicate the annual percent of time that this job requires overnight travel or day trips.
