Must be able to plan domestic / foreign trips
Must be able to serve as a Senior Tour Leader if necessary for tours
Must have experience as a Tour Leader related to travel services
During trips, it is necessary to be able to make professional and correct judgments about difficulties that arise due to unpreparedness
Itineraries must be planned one Tour Season in advance
It will be necessary to learn to process with the team
Since it is a Manager Position, a Letter of Recommendation from the last job will be required

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
At least 2-3 years’ previous experience Marketing Manager role in Tour Company
Must be advance computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filling documents, or updating customer profiles / accounts , may include entering and tracking merchandise.
Excellent communication skills / Persuasive and goal-oriented.
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Age 28-35
