  • Assist to BOD
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Communicate with related department to know the progress of management assign
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Evaluate business operation & propose solutions to BOD
  • Analyze business data & interpret them for business application
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Foster a positive and results-driven work culture focused on collaboration and accountability

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • (5) years and above experience in distribution field with operation management JD
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Internet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reporting Skills & Negotiation Skills
  • Good Analysis Skills
  • Must be able to travel
  • Good Conflict Resolution Skills
