Job Description

  • Responsible for building the trade activation strategy and programs covering all channels.
  • Build relevant and executionable key strategies and programs supporting brand campaigns and national sales objectives.
  • Understand in trade/retail environment in Myanmar market and the retailers' sentiment are essential.
  • Require to interpret the field insights and trade and retailer segmentation outcome to plan key strategies for the trade activation.
  • Responsible for leading the development of trade engagement digital platforms in collaboration with the regional and global functions and the external agency.
  • Require to plan and track budget spending and report on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions at managerial level. 
  • High standard of university degree (required).
  • Strong commercial background with a clear focus on trade & retail & shopper marketing and demonstrated affinity in digital & direct marketing.
  • Abstract, conceptual thinking & solid presentation skills are key assets. 
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Competent with MS applications - very good in business writing & giving presentations.
