Job Description

The Brief of the Role;

You will be responsible for coordinating the training functions to make sure everybody is fully trained up and can do their job effectively. This role has a specific focus on ensuring scheduling, developing and delivering trainings.

Responsibilities;
• Design, coordinate and deliver internal training programs in consultation with employees and departmental managers.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
• Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Ensure the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training records in consultation with other Human Resources personnel.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on learning and development activity.
• Evaluate, recommend and coordinate provision of specialized external training as required.
• Liaise with manager, internal and external training providers to develop training, its schedule and ensure the timely delivery of the training.
• Participate in the development, review and monitoring of the Annual Training Matrix for ISO/HACCP to ensure all requirements are met.
• Assist in the review and development of policies and procedures as may be required.
• Participate in external audits as may be required.
• Any other duties as directed by the management.

Job Requirements

Requirements;

• Graduated in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in providing corporate & functional trainings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English; both written and oral.
• Proven experience in the development, assessment and implementation of processes and procedures in a related role would be advantageous.
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Good organizational and prioritizing ability.
