We are seeking an ambitious and autonomous individual with relevant experience in new business development and excellent communication and prospecting skills. In this role, you will responsible

• Led cross-functional teams in the planning phase, defining product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and setting goals for timely delivery of high-quality applications.

• Playing a key role in developing and launching various campaigns that enhance user engagement and satisfaction with products.

• Research initiatives to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights for app development.

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

• Stay up to date with new technologies and social media practices and trends.

• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and KOLs.

• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

Job Requirements

Requirement

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a commercial and platform management role, preferably in Ecommerce and Digital business industries.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Play store and app store optimization, App marketing and user acquisition strategies.

• Ability to interpret website and app traffic and online customer engagement metrics.

• Experienced in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)

• A skill set of strong communication, reporting and sales disciplines. Working knowledge of CRM and KPI goal setting
