Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and provide training for license training, Initial Training Course and other trainings related to sales and sales management
  • Support the Head of Department to drive key initiatives
  • Organize training platforms for new and existing agents and support the projects of other team members organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials as required
  • Work cooperatively with and through agency team and initiate new platforms to support agents to contribute to the success of the training team and agency sales
  • Translate required training documents from Myanmar to English and English to Myanmar
  • Do the admin work, report tracking of the responsible projects and share practical lessons & experience in the morning meeting
  • Constantly analyze sales force training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs for better result through continuous measuring and monitoring
  • Prepare, control and monitor training budget and cost review for department
  • Develop learning solutions to support BUs to achieve Company’s business goals and learning content in line with the curriculum guided by the company

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Training/ Learning & Development field (from similar financial institutions background such as “microfinance/ bank/ insurance/ broker” is preferred)
  • Knowledge of professional sales training & development
  • Proficient in English four skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
