Job Description

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Build quarterly and annual training program.
  • Identify training needs and gaps within organization.
  • Communicate with different departments and arrange ad-hoc training programs on a timely basis.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Conduct field visits to evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training.
  • Update training curriculum regularly based on organizational goal.
  • Deliver effective and interactive training programs using various methods (virtual, face-to-face and LMS).
  • Coach and develop trainers’ skills and ability.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training programs to evaluate training. effectiveness, ROI and area of improvement for future training programs.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training technologies, trends, developments and best practices.
  • Encourage employees for training and create life-long learning culture.
  • Preparing training reports with value added suggestion and finding.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree (preferably in Master Degree related with HR field).
  • Minimum (5) years of experiences in Training or Talent development in corporate level organization.
  • Strong knowledge in problem solving skill.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skill.
  • Good knowledge in curriculum development, teaching methods and Learning management system.
  • Must have experience in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English & Burmese.
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Good decision making and organizational skills.
  • Able to travel occasionally to conduct or facilitate training.
  • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods is a plus point.
