Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

A training officer will run a day-to-day operation of YPDC department by monitoring and supporting the LMS system, creating training based on Training Request as assigned and acting as an consultant on Learning and Development requirements of operational division.

  • Monitor LMS system and acts as a system supporter
  • Maintaining Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Training Reports
  • Liaise with People Division Admin Team and update changes in LMS in timely manner
  • Test and utilizing new training technologies for learning experience enhancement, such as Microsoft Teams and EdApp
  • Define scope of the training components for all critical trainings as assigned
  • Raise Budget request and claims in the KIU System
  • Review and Update training content for assigned trainings
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets
  • Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program
  • Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Devise individual learning plans
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Services and administrational
  • Knowledge of Learning and Development, teaching or Education
  • Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of training Delivery Methods
  • High ethical standards and integrity in both their personal and professional dealings
  • Experiences working in branches
  • Excellent written, verbal numerical and communication skills in Burmese and English will be added value.
