Main Duties and Responsibilities 

This position is to strategically lead and drive the Agency Banking Network in alignment with the company’s overall strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. This is a senior leader -ship role responsible for effectively managing both the Acquisition Team and the Operations Team, while leveraging data and technology to drive business performance and expansion.

Detail Duties and Responsibilities 

• Develop annual business plans and budgets for Agency Network expansion, including agent acquisition and location strategy.
• Lead field and support teams to achieve business targets and drive growth.
• Analyze daily reports, trial balances, and cash data to support decision-making, and develop policies to improve Flexcube operations and minimize agent downtime.
• Supervise agent contracts and KYC/AML documentation processes to ensure compliance, and manage a secure agent network in line with Central Bank and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic alliances with key agent partners, major merchants, and large business groups.
• Foster strong collaboration between Acquisition and Operations teams, while providing leadership to enhance employee performance and develop high-potential talent.

Job specification 

• Master’s degree (MBA) or postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Must have a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Banking, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), FinTech, or FMCG Distribution, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Must possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, high-level negotiation and communication abilities with senior stakeholders, and advanced financial and data analytical skills.
