  1. Implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand & sales objectives
  2. Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising & display standards
  3. Support on-trade and off-trade channel growth
  4. Develop brand experience outlets & partnership programs
  5. Coordinate exclusive draught beer programs with sales team
  6. Plan and execute consumer & trade promotions
  7. Manage wall chart programs, seasonal promotions & music events at outlets
  8. Track promotion performance & ROI
  9. Work closely with sales team on monthly targets & initiatives
  10. Conduct market visits & outlet audits
  11. Identify low-sales region opportunities & activation plans
  12. Monitor competitor activities & market trends
  13. Analyze sales data & recommend improvement actions

  • Bachelor's degree must be required.
  • Diploma in Marketing or Sales or Business Management
