Job Descrtiption
• Arrangement and communicate for the import cycle of shipment including shipping documents with supplier & freight forwarders in line with the custom requirements.
• Managing daily shipment progress and cargo arriving at the final destination .
• Solution the shipping ,forwarding and custom clearance
• Liaise and inquire with the freight forwarder for the logistic budget and cost.
• Manage to operation team for the cargo clearance and delivery process.
• Coordinate with the financial for the all payment process and annual auditing.
• Maintain logistics metrics, reports, and documentation to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Managing the process of Trade Net 2.0
• Reporting to the CEO for the various issue of logistic problem and office function.
