Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Plan, organize, and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched within agreed service levels.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow to maximize productivity and safety.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards (5S).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, periodic stock counts, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock movements, aging inventory, slow-moving items, and damaged goods.
  • Ensure products are stored according to company guidelines, including FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out), where applicable.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Minimize inventory losses through effective stock control and security measures.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and transportation performance.
  • Optimize loading plans to maximize vehicle utilization and reduce transportation costs.
  • Manage customer returns and reverse logistics processes.
  • Recruit, supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
  • Set team objectives and monitor performance through regular reviews.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak operations.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Enforce proper handling, storage, and transportation practices for personal care products.
  • Conduct regular warehouse safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Analyze warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support warehouse process automation and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales to prioritize urgent customer orders.
  • Work with Procurement to manage inbound deliveries and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding inventory reconciliation and stock valuation.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities by ensuring product availability.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in Warehousing, including 2 years in similar role.
  • Must be a bachelor degree holder with Diploma/ Certificate in Logistics & Warehouse specialization.
  • Experience of using Warehouse Management System (or) ERP system is a must.
  • Experience of leading a team with minimum 10 members.
  • Experience of working in FMCG warehouse would be advantage.
  •  Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
