• Supervise daily warehouse operations and monitor stock movements, including material receiving, issuing, returning, storage, and inventory allocation.
• Collect, verify, and maintain warehouse-related documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists, Material Requisition Forms, and Material Return Forms.
• Inspect the main warehouse and site warehouses to ensure proper housekeeping, material arrangement, storage conditions, and control of material wastage.
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile actual stock balances against inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare and review warehouse reports, including daily inventory reports, daily stock in/out reports, physical stock take reports, weekly and monthly stock reconciliation reports, and expired or damaged stock reports, where applicable.
• Ensure warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory control practices are properly followed.
• Monitor material wastage, damaged or expired stock, and discrepancies, and report any irregularities to the relevant supervisor.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures.
• Ability to handle warehouse documentation, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
