Job Description

  • Perform daily office administration and general office duties.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Assist clients with visa application processes and required documentation.
  • Review and organize visa documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track visa application status and provide updates to clients.
  • Support other travel and tourism-related operations as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Business, Tourism, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of office administration experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

 

Training & Development

  • No prior visa processing experience is required.
  • Comprehensive visa processing training will be provided by the company.
