β¨Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and policies.β¨Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, and negotiate and manage contracts to secure favorable terms.β¨Manage procurement budgets, analyze spending, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve ROI.β¨Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.β¨Develop and implement risk management procedures to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.β¨Supervise and mentor procurement staff, delegating tasks and coordinating activities across departments.β¨Work with internal stakeholders, such as executives and department heads, to understand their needs and align procurement with overall business objectives.β¨Monitor supplier performance and key metrics (KPIs) to drive improvements and ensure business objectives are met.
