• Oversee the overall Food Safety and Quality Management System. Manage Totality of Quality , Quality Manual , Osotspa’s Food Safety & Quality Management System and Quality Certification .
• Manage the design , development and implementation of Total Quality management , Quality assurance and Quality control activities in alignment with Prerequisite program , Corporate Policies , Corporate Standard and Guidelines.
• Lead , develop , implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management System i.e GMP , HACCP , FSSC 22000 Standard etc. in manufacturing and related quality concerned activities.
• Establish and conduct the Quality inspection plan of incoming raw materials , packaging materials, semi product and finished product  to ensure conformity with Specification.
• Establish the quality standards/specification to ensure that food products meet standards set by both company and regulatory authorities. Ensure Quality Compliance to Countries’ regulations.
• Be the point of contact for Quality Complaint . Lead Root Cause Analysis on critical and on trend quality issues and liaise with relevant parties to resolve complaint issues and critical quality issue
• Establish the Supplier Quality Management , Supplier audit and evaluation to ensure the supplied materials are met specification and related regulations
• Reviews, documents and approves current and/or new product specifications including its manufacturing and quality control& process control.
• Ensure implement GLP and/or Implement GLP and/or accredited for ISO17025 laboratory to meet customer requirement
• Implements training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements.  
• Create, maintain and update numerous written documents outlining and detailing all planned goals, protocols, procedures, processes, solutions and results reports related to implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures.
• Establish the Monthly Quality Report submitted to Head quarter’s Quality unit and set up and lead the Plant Monthly Quality Meeting in order to support the quality continuous improvement.

Education Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree of Food Science , Food Technology , Microbiological or others related field
• Graduate programs in business, such as the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with concentration in project management is advantage.

  Professional Experience :

• At least 10 years QA/QC experience in Food and Beverage industries or related field 
• Must be knowledgeable about all Food Safety & Quality standards such as GMP , HACCP , GFSI etc. , ISO17025 , HALAL , food standard and regulatory
• Additional quality assurance training and certifications are available from professional organizations
