The role holder has to promote the development and growth of the technical competence, skills and capabilities of the team by enhancing resilience for business continuity to the external and internal VC/FC customers, ensuring to achieve quality deliverables on time within approved budget & network services and resources capacity are adequate and prepare for future growth, enforcing design, implementation are validated and met with industrial standards and as well by working with all levels of staff to drive and collaborate decision-making within and outside of Technology Function.

• Provide leadership, governance and management control of the Technology Infrastructure function.
• Assist and participate in the strategic planning and implementation of major strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure to maintain the network infrastructure availability, performance and security
• Identify Single Point of Failure and improve resiliency
• Ensure network bandwidth, service capacity to align with business needs and forecasting for the growth
• Plan aging and obsolete hardware and technologies to decommission and replace / upgrade properly
•  Ensure network services and resources are effectively utilized through regular reviews
• Identify and assist cost efficiencies to drive down operating costs.
• Assist the implementation of strategic programmes such as the Technology Target Operating Model
• Manage and develop the teams to adapt in organization culture change
• Drive and motivate the team to be professional and passionate about their job
• Ensure data and network security guidelines and practiced are followed.
• Ensure escalation tickets are closed within SLA
• Report network services status to key stakeholders
• Ensure data, network security measures in Multi-cloud environment
• Procuring network equipment, communication links and managing the vendors / service provider involved in installation and maintenance services.
• Work with vendors, consultants to ensure the desired level of requirements, quality of deliverables.
• Budget planning and management by managing the day-to-day operation of branch and ATM network team, data center networks availability, performance and security.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and Network field
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT experience managing complex program.
• Project management and coordination skills
• Experience on liaising cross-functional teams.
• Budget planning and management
• Strong understanding of IT environments, technologies in relation to business needs.
• Strong analysis and support to technology business processes.
• Communication, problem-solving, critical thinking skills.
