Main Purpose

• Lead strategic talent acquisition for senior, managerial, and critical positions through proactive sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and professional networks.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for managerial, senior-level, and critical positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and professional networks.
• Manage recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and external talent partners.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments and provide hiring recommendations.
• Provide talent market insights, salary information, and competitor intelligence to the HR Manager.
• Support workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of strategic hiring.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, including senior and managerial hiring.
• Strong experience in headhunting, talent mapping, proactive sourcing, and talent pipeline development.
• Good knowledge of talent markets, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends, with strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience with recruitment agencies and FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or Distribution is preferred.
