  • Sourcing & Selection: Oversee multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs), refine screening procedures, and standardize interview frameworks.

  • Employer Branding: Build and enhance company image through targeted recruitment campaigns, career pages, and job fairs.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, establishing KPI benchmarks for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

  • Vendor & Budget Management: Direct relationships with external placement agencies, background check providers, and HR tech tools (ATS/ERP).

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track acquisition metrics (cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates) to optimize processes.
