Brew on a thrilling career journey as a Talent Acquisition Intern!

During this internship, you will be involved in the following tasks:

• Assisting with job postings and recruitment marketing: Creating and publishing job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Coordinating the interview process: Scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the team
• Supporting onboarding activities: Assisting in preparing materials and organizing orientation sessions for new hires
• Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS): Updating candidate information, monitoring progress, and generating reports for the HR team
• Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives: Supporting campaigns that promote the company as an Employer of Choice and help drive engagement

The terms of employment

• The internship is full-time
• The duration of the internship is 6 months
• It is on-the-job learning experiences
• You will be based in Yangon
• Working on-site
• You will receive an internship compensation package

• Graduate with any degree (Certificate in HR Management and/or Business Administration is a plus)
