The company took home one Gold Trophies for the 4th edition of the Myanmar Employer Award, as well as the People’s Choice award for the local category.
The Excellence in Workplace Environment award recognizes organizations equipped with the best workplace wellbeing programs and measures, alongside sufficient workplace amenities/facilities that contribute to higher levels of staff morale and work satisfaction ways that boost employee productivity.
The People’s Choice award was presented to 1 local and 1 international company with the highest number of votes from the community. The 100% online anonymous survey was open for 20 days, and was available to anyone in Myanmar. Voters could enter the survey and choose to vote for their favorite company, but any duplicate votes were cleaned before the final count. This year, online voting attracted over 30,000 votes in total, marking a new record for the Myanmar Employer Awards.
The company also won 1 Bronze award for Best Use Of Internal Marketing For Company Pride.
