The R&D Executive, aka Real Estate Researcher, provides data-driven insights on property markets, investment opportunities, pricing trends, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct market research on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Analyze property prices, rental yields, vacancy rates, and demand trends.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and investment analysis reports.
  • Build strong connections and relationships with people from the real estate field.
  • Track competitor developments, zoning, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain real estate databases and market intelligence dashboards.
  • Support brokers and management with research insights.
  • Present findings to management.
  • Any task assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, real estate analysis, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong desire for the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to interpret market data and prepare clear reports.
  • Attention to detail and research accuracy.
