The Wholesale Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the wholesale business operations of the Taunggyi Branch, including B2B sales, dealer network expansion, key account management, pricing & credit control, logistics coordination, inventory planning, and team leadership. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, managing customer relationships, and optimizing operational efficiency in the Shan State region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Wholesale Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies and monthly business plans

Achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets

Identify and onboard dealers, contractors, resellers, and bulk buyers
-
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients
-
Expand market coverage across Taunggyi and surrounding cities/townships
2. Dealer Network & Key Account Management

Manage distributor and dealer partnerships to increase sales turnover

Conduct price negotiations, contracts, and trading terms
-
Monitor dealer performance and implement sales support programs

Visit customer sites regularly to strengthen business relationships
3. Operations, Order & Supply Coordination

Oversee order processing, delivery planning, and dispatch coordination

Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams

Ensure accurate and timely product availability for wholesale customers

Monitor stock levels and provide demand forecasts to the Head Office
4. Pricing, Credit & Financial Control

Implement approved pricing structures, discount schemes, and promotions

Monitor credit sales, payment collections, and outstanding balances
-
Reduce overdue receivables and minimize financial risk

Review weekly and monthly sales & margin reports
5. Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking

Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and price monitoring

Identify new market opportunities and product demands

Track sales performance vs. targets and prepare management reports
6. Team Leadership & People Management

Lead and supervise wholesale sales staff

Provide training, coaching, and field guidance to the sales team

Set KPIs and evaluate staff performance
