Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Monitor and Manage policies, operating procedures and staffing for all food and beverage operations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate all in-house and outside food and beverage catering and functions with the Executive Sous Chef
- Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Monitor costs in conjunction with Finance Department
- Research new products and develops an analysis of the cost and profit benefits
- Maintain records of special events, house counts, food covers and daily business volumes

Job Requirements

- Any graduate or any diploma holder in related field
- Age between 35 ~ 45 years old
- Must have to able to work in other regions
- At least 5 to 7 years experience in desired position
- Must be provided internal F&B operation Training
