A Great Opportunity for ...

• Advertise all vacancy announcements with suitable channels (webpage, journal &newspaper) and communicate
with recruitment agencies.
• Carry out recruitment process (screening CVs, short listing potential candidates, written tests, personal interviews, briefing)
• Selecting short lists CV and Recruiting new staff
• Prepared Contract between Labor and Cooperation.
• Manage and maintain the personnel records, including employee contracts, contact
information, and performance assessments;
• Drive payroll process and payment of employment , personal Income
Tax and social security taxes
• Calculate weekly worker’s salary and OT • In charge for the whole Administration and HR Teams
• Communication with the Govt. labor office/s and authorities.8. Recommendations to rectify the
deficiencies and suggest the plans of actions. • Problem solving and report to Managing Director for all of apartment case
• Identification of all Labor Legislations governing the functioning of company.

Job Requirements

-Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Drive and Powerpoint
-Must be able to read, write and report in English
-Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Admin/HR Manager
-Hardworking and Integrity
-Reference or Reccomendation Letter from former employers
-Must have PC to bring to work
