Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Plan the project
 Create a detail work plan, identifying and sequencing the activities needed to complete the project
 Source and compare different quotations and prices from a range of suppliers in Myanmar and abroad
 Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources across activities
 Review the project schedule with senior management: revise the schedule as required
 Support senior management in negotiating the quotation to obtain the best value of money
 Act proactively to inform senior management when facing unforeseen challenges
Implement the project
 Execute the project according to the project plan
 Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
 Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary
 Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders
 Review the quality of work completed with the project team regularly
Control the project
 Write a report on the project for management and for funders
 Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management
 Ensure that all financial records for the project are up-to-date and liaise with the finance department
 Follow through diligently to ensure projects are done based on specifications given by stakeholders

Requirements
 Native Burmese speaker preferred
 Excellent English oral and written skills
 Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience managing in construction and interior design work preferable
 Proficient with MS Office including Excel and Word
 Driven individual that is adaptable to fluid situations and an effective communicator
 Ability work under pressure, multi-task, and make decision by analysing information and prioritising
 Passion for travel as extensive travel across Myanmar may be required
