• In charge of Country Strategy to define mid & long term country growth ambition and drive all strategic activities/ plans to achieve the ambition.
• Develop and Manage all Commercial Policy Frameworks, Commercial Excellence, Pricing and all other transversal commercial topics to ensure a high profitable growth for the organization.
• Manage Quarterly Marketing Council, Annual Market Review, Market Intelligence activities to ensure business agility and growth.
• Integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all businesses and local markets.
• Developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to Schneider Electric's commercial objectives
• Manage institutional & governmental relationship, CSR activities, Market Education, Standardization plan to improve the brand position of the company in Myanmar

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in business or engineering, MBA degree is a plus
Working Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing field with at least 2 years in senior Marketing Managerial level in international companies
Business Understanding: Solid knowledge and understanding of market practices, comprehensive understanding of marketing and marketing communication concept and principles, understanding the pricing mechanism, P&L basic, and offer portfolio of Schneider Electric
Others (Language Skills, Presentation skill in international environment, Technical skills): Visionary and able to set vision & strategy, Analytical skill,
Strong leadership
